Bespoke Carpentry in Llanelli
Just across the Loughor from Swansea, Llanelli is a natural extension of the area we already cover. We design and build under stairs storage, media walls, fitted wardrobes and staircase refurbishments for homes throughout the town and its villages.
Bespoke Carpentry, a Short Drive from Llanelli
Llanelli sits on the western side of our service area, and our coverage of Swansea already takes in Gorseinon and Pontarddulais on the other side of the Loughor estuary. Travelling to you from Neath Port Talbot is simple, by the M4 or the A484 over the Loughor Bridge.
Leigh Morgan has been a carpenter for over 12 years and is NVQ Level 3 qualified in Carpentry and Joinery. Every piece is designed for the room it is going into and built to last.
Whether it is a single alcove cupboard or a full staircase refurbishment, you get the same direct, personal service and honest pricing.
Carpentry That Suits Llanelli Homes
From tinplate-era terraces to new estates near the coast, Llanelli's houses each call for a different approach.
Terraced Streets
Much of Llanelli is made up of Victorian and Edwardian terraces with narrow hallways and steep staircases. Under stairs drawers and cupboards recover space that these houses badly need.
Semi-Detached Family Homes
In areas such as Felinfoel, Dafen and Llangennech, post-war and later semis have living rooms well suited to a media wall, and bedrooms where fitted wardrobes replace mismatched freestanding furniture.
New Builds Along the Coast
Newer developments around the Millennium Coastal Park and Burry Port usually come with plain staircases and little built-in storage. An oak and glass staircase refurbishment or made-to-measure wardrobes add the character and practicality they lack.

Carpentry in Llanelli: Common Questions
Do you travel to Llanelli?
Yes. Llanelli is a short drive from our base in Neath Port Talbot and borders areas of Swansea we already serve, such as Gorseinon and Pontarddulais.
Which areas around Llanelli do you cover?
Llanelli town plus Felinfoel, Furnace, Dafen, Llangennech, Bynea, Llwynhendy, Pwll, Burry Port, Pembrey and Hendy. Get in touch if your village is not listed.
Is under stairs storage possible in a narrow terraced hallway?
Yes. Storage is built to the exact line of your staircase, and push-to-open fronts have no handles to catch on in a narrow hallway.
Who will carry out the work?
Leigh Morgan, the owner of LM Carpentry, designs, builds and installs every project personally. No subcontractors are used.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. All our bespoke carpentry work comes with a guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship, and the guarantee period is confirmed in writing for each project.
